How is this different from ChatGPT?

Unlike regular AI chat, GlyphChat checks every claim against our knowledge base of 28,100+ verified concepts. You see confidence scores and can explore the underlying knowledge.

Which AI models can I use?

Free users get GPT-4o Mini, Claude Haiku, and Gemini Flash. Paid plans unlock more powerful models like GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet, and Gemini Pro.

Is GlyphChat free to use?

Yes! Our free tier includes 25 messages per month with full verification. See all plans.

Verification

What does “Verified” mean?

It means we found the concepts in the AI’s response in our knowledge base and confirmed they’re connected correctly. Learn more.

What if something shows “Warning”?

The AI’s response couldn’t be fully verified. This doesn’t mean it’s wrong—just that you should double-check important claims. Understanding badges.

Can I see what was checked?

Yes! Click any verification badge to see individual claims, confidence scores, and the concepts that were checked.

What is Glyphmine?

Glyphmine is our knowledge database containing 28,100+ concepts and 184,000+ relationships. It’s the foundation of our verification system.

Why wasn’t my response verified?

Several reasons:

  • The AI discussed topics not in our database
  • The claims were about future events or opinions
  • Technical issues (rare)

How accurate is verification?

Verification is highly reliable for established facts. However, it’s a guide, not absolute truth. For critical decisions, always verify independently.

Is there a free tier?

Yes! You get 25 free messages per month with full GlyphSafe verification.

How do I upgrade?

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Choose your plan. See plans.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no contracts. Cancel from your Dashboard anytime. Manage subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards.

When do my messages reset?

Messages reset on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC.

Do unused messages roll over?

No, unused messages don’t roll over to the next month.

Privacy & Security

Is my data private?

Yes. We don’t store your conversations for AI training. See our Privacy Policy.

Who can see my conversations?

Only you. Your conversations are private to your account.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell user data.

Technical

Why is verification sometimes slow?

Complex responses with many claims take longer to verify. Typical verification is under 50ms.

The verification seems wrong. What do I do?

Click the thumbs down on the message or contact support. We’re always improving!

Can I use GlyphChat offline?

No, GlyphChat requires an internet connection for AI models and verification.
