Solutions to common issues with GlyphChat.
Verification Issues
”Verification shows Unchecked”
Cause: Verification service temporarily unavailable.
Solutions:
- Refresh the page and try again
- Wait a few moments and retry
- Check our status page
If persistent, contact support.
”Concept shows ‘Not Found’”
Cause: The specific concept isn’t in our database yet.
Note: We’re constantly expanding our knowledge base. This doesn’t mean the AI’s response is wrong—just that we couldn’t verify it against known concepts.
”The AI gave wrong information but it shows Verified”
Explanation: Verification checks if concepts exist and are related—it can’t catch every type of error.
What to do:
- Click thumbs down on the response
- Report the issue to help us improve
- For critical information, always verify independently
Login Issues
”I can’t log in”
Try these solutions:
- Try a different browser - Clear cookies first
- Clear cookies for glyphchat.io
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Cookies → See all cookies
- Find glyphchat.io and remove
- Use a different sign-in method (Google vs GitHub)
- Check your email for any account-related notifications

”Session expired”
Cause: Your login session has timed out for security.
Solution: Simply log in again.
Messaging Issues
”My messages aren’t sending”
Check:
- Internet connection - Make sure you’re online
- Refresh the page - Reconnect to the service
- Message limit - You may have hit your monthly limit
”I’ve hit my message limit”
Options:
- Wait until the 1st of next month (messages reset)
- Upgrade your plan
”Response is taking too long”
Possible causes:
- Complex question requiring more processing
- High demand on AI models
- Verification checking many claims
Solution: Wait a bit longer. If it takes more than 30 seconds, refresh and try again.
Display Issues
”Page not loading correctly”
Try:
- Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
- Clear browser cache
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
”Mobile display issues”
Tips:
- Use landscape mode for complex responses
- Make sure you’re using an updated browser
- Try the desktop site if issues persist
Payment Issues
”Payment failed”
Check:
- Card has sufficient funds
- Card isn’t expired
- Billing address matches card
Update payment method: Go to Dashboard → Billing → Payment Methods
”I was charged but don’t have premium access”
Steps:
- Log out and log back in
- Check Dashboard → Billing to confirm subscription
- If still not working, contact support with your receipt
